QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

fast-growing iGaming company, focusing on a data-driven approach to CRM, all in order to maximize profits and efficiency. Due to their constant growth they are now looking for a confident people to join the team and assist the company in its development. This is a unique opportunity to grow with a brand new operator on the market.

Responsibilities: 
 
• Retention and conversion of existing players and reactivation of lapsed players,
• Executing a wide range of campaigns & promotions,
• Segmentation of the database to optimize player retention strategies,
• Preparing & executing send outs of targeted marketing communications to specific groups of players within the database,
• Ensuring that new promotions and features are communicated to the player base at all levels,
• Ensuring effective ROI by implementing and measuring/tracking CRM strategies in terms of reactivating lapsed players and converting new registrations into deposits,
• Managing any other required activities to ensure effective retention and reactivation of the database.

Requirements:
 
• Min 1 year of experience in a similar position,
• A solid experience in IGaming sector,
• Knowledge and experience in mass mailing,
• Experience in creating and executing promotional plans, and monitoring their success
• Ability to plan and execute multiple campaigns by working with numerous people based in different locations/countries,
• Proficiency in Excel, Word and some basic HTML & computer skills
• Analytical and out of the box creative thinker,
• English - high-level command (both written and verbal),
