We are looking for a sales manager for our customers in overseas (located in Turkey)Implementing sale plan to meet agreed targets.
Identifying the customer's need and to deploy customer engagement plan.
Developing commercial relationships with key customers. (B2B and B2C)
Evaluating marketing campaigns and budgets requesting by distributors.
Collecting and preparing Monthly Sales data (of distributors) and updated market situation to Bangkok Head Office.
Updating and summarizing the competitors activities, ie. new product, new promotion, margin, so on.
Searching for the prospect customers and increasing the business with existing customers.
Managing Planogram and merchandising display in the customer's store.
Other duties as assigned
- Age 27 years old and above, with degree in Veterinary, Business, Marketing or related fields.
- At least 3-5 years experience in Pet food sales/businesses in Turkey or related, with strategic thinking and high leadership skill.
- Understanding of marketing tools, sale distribution channel, well knowledge and experience of import and export processes in Turkey, techniques at the point of sales.
- Highly responsible, good interpersonal skills, teamwork oriented, result oriented.
- Fair/Good command in English (listening, speaking, and writing).
- Intermediate level in Microsoft Office (words, excel, and powerpoint).
- Candidate must be based in Istanbul area, Turkey and possess a valid Turkish driving licence.
