Customer Representative for Export

Job description:

Preparing and pricing samples in accordance with the demand from the customer in order to ensure that the current customer orders are shipped on the desired deadline,

Requesting an order with the customer's approval of the price and sample and making sales and system entries by discussing all the details about the order with the customer,

Transferring the received order to the planning in order to deliver the current order to the customer at the desired deadline and to undertake the control mechanism in the process from production to shipment,

To check whether the production and shipment plan is complied with, to identify the failing aspects and to intervene to produce solutions,

Getting approval from the customer when the order is ready and when the deadline arrives and ensuring that it is shipped. To inform the customer during the shipment until the order reaches the customer,

Providing the product information from the factory, which is decided to be made with the customer's special request, and which is out of production, and transmitting it to the customer,

Analyzing the claims and product return requests from the customer after receiving the approval of the management after the sale of the product, and ensuring that the payments are resolved in line with the necessary information. Dealing closely with customer complaints,

Making presentations outside of the product when requested to customers. To ensure continuous communication. Working for new customer potential in the market, and gaining new customers to the company.

To share information, to receive complaints and to record them in the system by closely following the information about the customers and markets for which they are responsible.

Genel Nitelikler:

Alanında en az 2-3 yıl deneyimli

Tercihen Üniversite mezunu

İleri düzeyde İngilizce,

MS Office uygulamalarına hakim,

proaktif,

Güçlü yazılı ve sözlü iletişim becerileri,

Analitik düşünen ve sonuç odaklı

Ekip çalışmasına, zaman yönetimine ve takibine hakim,
