English Speaking Part-Time Administrative Assistant
We are a looking for an part-time assistant for our projects & consultancy company based in Malta and Istanbul who will be responsible for:
- Assisting with day to day administrative and accounting tasks
- Finding competitive quotes from local and international suppliers for various products and services.
- Preparing tender documents and cost analysis for private and public projects.
- Carrying out research and preparing reports
- Translating from English to Turkish and Turkish to English.
- Attending meetings when necessary and preparing detailed meeting minutes
- Fluency in English and Turkish
- Must have very good computer skills especially in Excel and Word.
- Prior similar work experience is preferable, but not necessary.
- Preferably university student.
- You may work from home, but it is necessary to be located in Istanbul so we may meet once or twice a week on agreed date and time in our offices in Osmanbey.
- Work times are flexible, but it is important that all tasks are completed on time since we are a projects company with strict deadlines.
- Available to work approximately 20 hours a week, including some Saturdays and Sundays if necessary, to meet project deadlines.
The successful candidate will have the chance to gain experience in and understanding of European Public Procurement, exporting of goods and services from Turkey to EU, logistics, and the preparation of bids for clients in the public and private sector.
